1. NO DRUG THERAPY IN PRIMARY CARE (REFERRAL & ADVICE)    [1st line]
   Adult    This is a post-delivery outcome record following a stillbirth via C-section. Provide
            empathetic bereavement counselling, screen for maternal postpartum depression and post-
            traumatic stress, and evaluate physical wound and uterine scar healing. Refer the
            patient to specialized obstetric care for audit of the stillbirth cause and pre-
            conception counseling prior to any subsequent pregnancy. - Refer, with advice
