            pupils, and absence of motor response. Document the date, time, and clinical findings
            clearly. Issue a formal death certificate if the cause of death is known and natural; if
            the death is unexpected, sudden, violent, or suspicious, report immediately to the
            police authority and medico-legal examiner without issuing a certificate. - Refer
